I've been a patient at this practice for 3+ years and for once, in my adult life, I don't dread going to the Dr! Every person who works in this office is helpful, kind, and patient. Naturally, they can get incredibly busy but I've never encountered an issue when it's come to the level of care I've received, calling, and asking questions in person or over the phone. I personally see Emily, (or Dr. Emily as I call her) who is a nurse practitioner & has made me so comfortable in the 3 years i've been seeing her that we have such an amazing rapport that I feel comfortable talking to her about everything or anything. My health issues are always at the forefront and I genuinely could not ask for better care.
If you need an appointment fast for anything basic, they’re a fine option. However I ran into too many issues with them. For example they double charged me for a visit and a call explaining test results from the visit. In general, care isn’t very good either which is where most of my issues are. If you’re “young” they’re going to put you to the side. I had to go to another doctor for a diagnosis and proper care over something that should not have been complicated.

Good doctors assume the worst and take actions appropriately. That was not the case here. Dr. Khan served as my niece’s primary care physician. She was evaluated on two occasions—July 2025 and December 2025—during which she reported a palpable breast lump. On both visits, she states that she was reassured the lump was non-cancerous and “likely a cyst” based on clinical examination alone, and no imaging or biopsy was recommended at that time. Following my niece’s persistence after the December visit, Dr. Khan provided a referral for imaging. That imaging led to a diagnosis of Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. She subsequently required a lumpectomy with lymph node biopsy (one lymph node tested positive) and is currently undergoing chemotherapy, with radiation therapy planned. Her life changed completely ! This experience raises serious concerns about whether appropriate diagnostic steps—such as earlier imaging or referral—should have been considered, particularly given persistent symptoms across multiple visits.
I've been going to Dr. Khan's office for at least 10 years. I love that I can always get an appointment even when it's an emergency. I also love that I can get an appointment that isn't 2 months out. The doctors and PAs listen to your questions and concerns. Their whole office staff is very professional and efficient. Lastly, I love that they are always prompt and on time.
Dr Khan is a phenomenal physician who truly cares about her patients. Dr Khan has exceptional bedside manner and took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dr Khan to anyone looking for a primary care physician!
