We were welcomed very nicely! Sam on the 3-11 shift was very helpful and very very polite! The rooms were very clean and the breakfast… awesome! When returning to this area I will definitely stay at this hotel and I will make my reservations with no one but Sam!!! The most helpful and polite man I have ever met at a hotel!!! Great Job Sam!!!! You’re a fantastic front desk clerk!!! Keep up the good work and we really enjoyed our stay here!!! Room # 101 will return!!
Lillie at the front desk is an absolute delight. We came in and she checked us in very quickly gave us all the info we needed and was just so pleasant to talk to. Talk about OUTSTANDING 10/10 customer service. We come to this area for our sons soccer tournaments and we will be staying here again all because of her ! The room is clean and spacious

Well I'd love to have given them some semblance of an actual review but the desk clerk hung up on me mid sentence while I was double checking about the fees to make sure I could afford. Definitely one of the rudest workers I've had the misfortune of talking to, and this is coming from someone that works in retail customer service. But judging from the other reviews here I'm glad I didn't have to deal with awful bed bugs and cockroaches and monetary issues. They were so unpleasant at the start that I never got the opportunity to see how much worse it would be!
I found 8 cockroaches in my room and was not allowed a refund nor offered a different room. When I spoke to the front desk, I was told "they are just waterbugs, they won't hurt you". Ridiculous! I asked for a refund, so I could stay somewhere else, and I was told no because I "already stayed there for a day" despite checking in hours prior. The front desk worker's only resolution offered was that he'd vacuum the bugs up in my room or I'd lose my money without refund. I had to go up to the desk 4-5 more times before a room magically appeared and I was allowed to switch rooms. The family staying beside me also had multiple bugs in there room. I'd suggest booking elsewhere!
Staff could not be more accommodating, especially Sam at the front desk. Rooms and common areas are always kept clean and they also serve a great breakfast daily.
