I recently had a great experience with Phoenix Roofing and Renovations here in Thompson’s Station , Tn. They were quick to respond when called , installing a tarp on the roof so not to incur any further roof damage. Troy gave a detailed appraisal of the roof damage and helped navigate the process with my claims adjuster and insurance company. He kept me well informed throughout the process. The roofing crew was very professional and efficient. Troy insured the team did a thorough cleanup after completion. Communications throughout the entire process was excellent.
Phoenix Roofing I believe is the best roofing company I have worked with in 20 years. They are up and coming into the Dickson area. Honestly, I can't praise them enough for their workmanship. The job was one of the cleanest , quickest and best jobs anyone's done for me in a long time. The price was great compared to the other bids I recieved. I was picky on the color and type of shingles I was looking for and the owner actually climbed upon a commercial building to check a certain shingle I wanted. The salesman, Troy , was wonderful , he was such a nice guy ,working with me on types and colors going above and beyond with samples . They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'm a picky person, but they literally made me feel comfortable every time I dealt with them . If you don't call them to check on a new roof , or just a repair , you Will be doing yourself an injustice. This is a great Company

Phoenix Roofing and Renovations is a high quality company with first class people. Joe D. inspected our roof and showed us in detail where we had hail damage that had to be repaired. He helped us deal with the insurance company, making sure the adjustor got it right. Then his repair crew swept in and did an excellent job of repairing the roof. They cleaned up thoroughly when the work was done. I rely on Phoenix for all my home repair and renovation work!
