My grandson, Joshua Wharton, broke his foot working. He hired Charles Boyk attorneys to handle workmen’s comp case. The case went from April, 2025 till February 24, 2026. We were informed that his employer went to court this week without notifying the lawyers. Joshua never received a notice until the day after court. Now, because of no show, Joshua owes a lot of money in court costs. And probably medical bills. In my opinion, somebody dropped the ball in this case. Joshua paid attorneys fees ahead of the end of the case. He is devastated.
