Charter Construction repaired my home after a house fire. The damages required that the house be taken down to the interior studs and rebuilt, including rebuilding the roof. Dale the Project Manager and Brandin the Project Superintendent both kept me informed of the progress and were available for questions that came up, through both phone and text and were always prompt in getting back to me. Everyone involved with the project was professional, friendly and thorough and I would definitely recommend Charter Construction for reconstruction and repairs.
I do not recommend contracting with Charter. My condo has been at “substantial completion” since January 2025, yet a major drainage punch‑list item remains unresolved. Their attempts to address the issue have been minimal and ineffective, and the lack of urgency is unacceptable. After more than a year, there is still no meaningful progress. This level of performance speaks for itself.

I had an air exchanger replaced in my entryway ceiling. While changing it the installer removed the beams which the drywall needed to be attached to. Scott & his crew Mauro (drywall), & Donnie (painter) were introduced to me by Scott. The entire crew were courteous & always arriving on time & cleaning up after themselves. I am very pleased with the way the project turned out. I would strongly recommend them for anyone needing their help🤓
This general contractor is top-notch! They were professional, reliable, and very skilled. Communication was clear throughout the project, and they paid attention to every detail. The crew respected our home, kept the site clean, and completed the work on time. The quality of craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.
Project Riverview Ridge: Poor managment. Very disorganized, destruction everywhere, unsafe, bolts, nails and metal pieces, dirt everywhere around the property. Unfinished projects everywhere, total destruction. Very unprofessional, foul language and unpleasant music, not considered of the people living here. Do not recommend.
