I can’t say enough good things about Exterior Plus Roofing! My old roof was 30 years old with tab shingles, so it was definitely time for a replacement. I originally got a quote from Royalty Roofing and was shocked at the price—$21,000! On top of that, they tried to push gutters on me by saying they couldn’t install a drip edge without replacing them. That didn’t sit right with me, so I looked for another opinion. I called Exterior Plus Roofing, and the very next day Jamie came out. She was so kind, thorough, and honest. She gave me a clear explanation of what I needed (and what I didn’t). She told me I only needed new gutters if I had water issues—which I don’t. Their highest package quote came in at $14,000, which was much more reasonable, and I didn’t feel like she was upselling me at all. That’s when I knew they were the right choice. Two weeks later, the crew showed up early, laid down tarps, and even brought a moveable dumpster to make cleanup quick and easy. In just about 7 hours, they had my new roof installed! We went with the slate-colored shingles and black drip edge, and it looks amazing. I highly recommend Exterior Plus Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof. They’re professional, trustworthy, and the finished product is worth every penny—especially compared to the overpriced quote I got elsewhere. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!
After contacting and speaking with many roofing companies for estimates to replace the roof on both my home and my garage due to wind damage and age, I decided to go with Exteriors Plus. Cory Kanis made the whole process less painful as I felt quite anxious at such a big decision. He was attentive, patient, informative, knowledgeable. He was also hands on in helping me to navigate the insurance claim process. His communication was excellent and I felt like I was in good hands. The crew worked hard and they got the job done quickly. Clean up was thorough, too! I am happy with the results and happy I decided to hire Exteriors Plus!
