We live in Bedford,Ohio. We were affected by the April 15, 2026 Hail Storm Damage. Exterior Plus was a referral and Dani Cole was our expert consultant. Dani was friendly, welcoming and supportive. She understood the importance of assisting us with getting our home back together. Dani’s communication skills are exceptionally impeccable!! Whenever we called, Dani answered. Exterior Plus was patient with us while we sorted out the nooks and crannies from the insurance company and the mortgage company. Let’s now talk about the quality of the service. We got an entire new home… literally. The workers came in and got the job done. When they said they will be there, they were there. Exterior Plus replaced, the roof, siding, skylight, gutters and it looks remarkable! If you need any of these services, Exterior Plus is the best! You will not be disappointed… I can guarantee that! We reached out to exteriors plus for several reasons. They are locally owned, have high ratings and they made a donation to Cleveland Clinic Akron General for breast cancer awareness month. Jamie Jenkins was our contractor. She is so professional, always answers your questions and concerns promptly and if she can’t she lets you know that she will get back to you when she is available which is within the day. Communication is impeccable. She was on top of the process and once everything was in order the job was done very quickly. The crew had our roof done in a day and did an excellent job cleaning up. I highly recommend Exteriors Plus and will be using them for any further job if needed in the future.

From the 1st day meeting Danny she was very personable, professional and informative. It was such a pleasure working with her. The crew was on time, hard working, professional and made sure anything was clean as they worked and when they were done. The outcome of the Roof and the Siding was AWESOME, Absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Megan was awesome. She was out within 48 hours of my call and assessing the damage and dealing with my insurance company When my insurance tried to offer me a significant amount less she worked on my behalf so all I ended up paying was my deductible. The crew was great and did a great job of making sure my new siding was properly installed and made sure they cleaned up and left no debris behind. I would highly recommend Megan and Exteriors Plus for storm damage and restoration.
To start this company did an amazing job siding our house. And the fact that they got this size house done in 3 days is simply fantastic. The siding is absolutely beautiful, the texture, color, and layout. Great job exterior plus for upgrading our colonial.
