Danny's has become a go-to auto repair shop for my husband and me. My husband had his 2011 Dodge Ram front suspension finally fixed correctly at Danny's! He was ready to sell it after other shops couldn't diagnose and fix the issues; Danny offered a fair price to several replace key parts. Now, we will keep this truck forever because it drives so well again - a huge relief. Recently, I had a loud sound develop on my 2008 Subaru Outback near the right front tire. I stopped by Danny's to see if they could take a look. They put my car on the rack immediately, and the technician quickly diagnosed the issue - heat shield was loose. The three of us looked at the problem together, discussed the options, and they set to work to fix it there and then. I waited in the comfortable customer lobby while they worked (this would be a fine place to work on your laptop). For just a reasonable labor charge, the noise was gone! And most importantly, I was treated with respect as the car owner to arrive at the chosen solution. That means a lot as a woman at an auto repair shop! I highly recommend Danny and his team, as does my husband.
I had a great experience at this auto repair shop. The mechanics are clearly experienced and know what they’re doing. They were honest about what needed to be fixed and the service was fairly quick regardless of the short staff. Everyone was helpful and nice, making the whole experience smooth. Its a little further out if you live down south, but I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto repairs.

We are from out of country. We needed our car repaired before being able to return home after hitting a pot hole and having some issues. We were lucky enough to find this repair shop last minute. They were honest, reliable and in my opinion went above and beyond for us. I would recommend this business to anyone. I hope I never need car repairs while we are in Seattle. But if we do I know who we will be calling.
TLDR - BE CAREFUL HERE! Recommended unnecessary work when I had to get car towed and couldn’t clearly explain why. They seemed nice at first but definitely were trying to take advantage of my concern and lack of knowledge. I had my car towed there due to a loud noise and was pretty concerned, but they were very nice and accommodating. However, they said I needed full brake replacements on both front and back, plus new calipers in the back - $1400 total - despite recent brake services (literally front brake pads 6 months ago). They mentioned that a caliper was seized up, but it was ”hard to say which one” because there was a ton of rust and it must have been driving on salty roads (it hasn’t… we live in washington). Basically felt like they were trying to lie and scare me into thinking the whole brake system needed to be redone. Their price was pretty reasonable but mostly unnecessary. When pressed a bit, it became clear they were either not very knowledgeable or blatantly lying. Les schwab said my front brakes were fine, the back brake pads were down to the metal so needed a replacement, but nothing about any seized or stuck calipers… Hmmm.
So happy to have found Danny and his team of capable experts at their new shop! I would trust Danny with any car in my care. He knows what he's doing, charges very good rates, and offers stellar customer service. In decades now, across multiple shops, Danny has never tried to upsell anyone in my family on anything. You can often even get work done on the same day, no appointment. It's such a relief to have a mechanic you can really trust.
