Overall great experience. The process was very smooth and explained well. Andrey showed up on time (actually a little early) and was very respectful of the space. He installed a in-sinkerator and connected our plumbing for a new sink. Highly recommend using Bliss.
Andrey with Bliss was wonderful. I received a text when he was on the way and he was very prompt. My spigot needed to be fixed and he was able to do so quickly and kept me informed the entire time. I’ll be using Bliss again for any future plumbing needs.

Had trouble in this cold weather with my Rinnai tankless water heater. Rinnai website gave Bliss as the closest authorized shop. Was able to use their website that evening to describe the problem. Got a callback the next morning and was able to schedule a next-day appointment. Technician came as scheduled, was professional and knowledgeable. Got quote when he arrived and I decided to do part of the job today and am going to schedule the rest for next month. Will be using Bliss for all my future plumbing needs. Technician was Collin Carbonero.
Collin was amazing. He really worked with me on my situation and was determined to find a solution. He did and I’m beyond thankful! Won’t call anyone else in the future.
