If I could leave ZERO stars I would, but because it makes you leave something in order to post the review I had to put ONE. If you’re looking for chaos, danger, and zero accountability, Best Western Plus Hannaford Inn & Suites is the place for you. After a long day at the hospital with my brother in the ICU, I arrived exhausted just ready to sleep. Instead, I got a front-row seat to a lobby performance of someone screaming profanities. Then came the real surprise: there was already a woman occupying my room, with her belongings spread out. When I reported it, the staff shrugged and said, “It happens.” Sooo Comforting. They got me into another room where I was able to enjoy the soothing sounds of my next door neighbor screaming, cursing, and banging on the wall.
Overall a good experience. They gave us a two room suite with a kitchenette, so lots of room. The couch wasn't in very good shape and there were absolutely no utensils in the kitchenette (just a note on the shelf saying that you could request such utensils from the front desk). But, otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

Rooms were nice size and bathroom was clean. Things looked a little outdated inside. Breakfast was pretty good.We checked in Monday and checked out Saturday morning. My only complaint is they didn’t come to clean once. Thursday night I requested housekeeping and my room was never touched once or attempted to be cleaned the entire trip.
Solid internet and breakfast. Work out room was good too. The pool was nice but was in need of a skimming. Bed was mostly comfortable. It was listed online as having a kitchenette but there is nothing more than a sink, microwave, and fridge with a little cabinet space. There is no stove top. It also has a hard time staying cool but it was 93 or so while we were there. All in all I will come back if in the area.
Currently paying 300.00 for a room for me and my children because our home flooded and the elevators were out the entire day, I called the front office because I have 3 small children. One of which is still in carseat and stroller they gave us a room on the 4th floor so wen I called the hotel from the hallway to ask was the elevator down he said yea and left it at that. Im askimg wat im suppse to do with a 50lb stroller from the 4th floor. Needless to say I had to carry my child from the 4th floor and each floor is about 2 sets of stairs a piece. When I did make it to the bottom I asked for the manager which is a foreign lady and IMMEDIATELY had the nastiest attitude with me I asked her " what accommodations does she have for me and my children due to the elevator being down" she went around my question several times telling me she has no control over the elevators and if I called them there still wouldn't be anybody to help me. When that not what I asked. I told her as a business owner her professionalism was off and she told me " I dont care what your job is" when I asked was she going to help me carry my child up and down the stairs she said " No thats not my child". Currently feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, if I ask for my money back I lt won't come back to my card directly so me and my children would be homeless and in the rain. The current temperature is 45° and its raining. This is by far the worse expirence of my life. I desperately want to know who the owner is of this hotel branch. I have never received suck horrible service. Currently sittin in my car crying tryin to figure out where me and my 3 children are going to stay after I already paid 300 for this type of service. I would never recommend staying at this location and I have video of proof of the entire interaction I would hate to upload it on social media but the young lady encouraged that I do (antagonistic). How could people like this be allowed around the public if I was the old me I would have been in jail for the way she treated me in front of my children BUT Having the police called on you as a BLACK PERSON is one of the scariest things to encounter especially in a nice neighborhood. All it take is ONE LIE or one call and me and my children would have been racial profiled, maybe hurt and they would have kept my money for the room. Please dont stay here if your of color or have children with u. Very unsafe and unwelcoming. I will not let this go until resolved
