If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this place. I would rate them a 10 out of 10. I was able to get a re-treatment done on a root canal. Although it had to be done through an outside specialist, I was able to get the referral through this office. I’m very thankful for their help. The staff is very nice, and they do great work. I will definitely continue my dental care at this location. Thank you again!
I've been coming to Alum Creek Dental Care for about 10 years or so, and this 5 star review is long overdue. Everyone here is so helpful and welcoming. The hygienists and dentists over the years have always taken great care with their work, and have been extremely open to conversation and questions. They have saved me a lot of money and pain over the years by asking the right questions when I'm not sure what to ask. They have provided me with appropriate diagnostic services that have directly led to simple fixes that could be included in my already paid visits which would have otherwise resulted in compounding issues and costly work. Overall, I would describe them as courteous, careful, confident, and highly skilled. I used to work nearby, but I no longer do, and I would visit on lunch breaks or before work. Although I live in Westerville, and don't have much of a reason to be on that side of town, I've decided not to look for a closer dentist because good ones can be hard to find. My husband and I had the best experience here today, the entire staff was so wonderful and willing to work with us to make sure that my husband was not only comfortable but also informed and happy with what ever plan was decided regarding his dental care. Jake was also very kind and made us feel very comfortable and like we mattered. And before I forget the receptionist was beyond amazing she was so out going and down to earth, I highly recommend this dental office!!
Five stars, easily. I’m usually very uncomfortable at the dentist, but Alum Creek Dental made the entire experience calm and welcoming. The staff was kind, patient, and genuinely professional. I was originally booked for January, which would’ve meant losing my dental benefits for the year. They put me on a waiting list and actually called me when an opening came up on December 9. That alone told me they care. The doctor was attentive, explained everything clearly, and never rushed the visit. Smooth experience, great people, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend, especially if dental visits make you anxious.
Every staff member in the office is so warm, polite, and truly treat you as family! I could be a bit nervous going to my appointment, and as soon as I walk in my nerves are eased! Greatly recommend!!!
