Great price and convenient, but a bit dated We chose this hotel because it offered a lower price than a lot of the other options in the crowded airport area, which was our main priority. The property and rooms are definitely dated, but it served its purpose perfectly for a quick night's stay. We landed very late, and a wonderful staff member greeted us and got us into our room without any delay. The free breakfast the next morning was just "the usual" standard selection—eggs, bagels, bread, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and fruit—but it was nice to have before heading out. If you're looking for modern luxury, this isn't it, but for a convenient and well-priced airport spot with friendly service, it does the trick.
I absolutely love this hotel chain! It's always so nice and comfortable. The receptionist is always kind, the rooms are always clean, cozy and spacious. The beds are always super comfortable. The tv and remote actually works! They always comes stocked with soaps and shampoos. This specific hotel was just as wonderful as all the others!

Major Health Hazard: Bed Bugs in Room 402 and Hostage Over a Third-Party Booking Refund I am absolutely appalled by the lack of basic hygiene and professional accountability at the Best Western Plus in Nashville. I checked into Room 402 and discovered a live bed bug infestation, which is a flagrant violation of state health codes. Under the Environmental Health Regulations of the Tennessee Department of Health, hotels are strictly required to take effective measures to eliminate the presence of bed bugs and are prohibited from keeping vermin-infested bedding on any bed. This room is a severe biological risk and needs to be completely quarantined immediately. When I discovered the bugs, I went down to the front desk. Because I booked through a third-party website, the hotel completely refused to refund my money on the spot, effectively holding my funds hostage and leaving me stranded with nowhere else to go. The front desk gentleman actually contacted the manager on my behalf to explain the situation. Despite being informed of the active infestation, the manager was completely unwilling to do anything immediate and lazily stated that I would just have to come back in the morning. Leaving a guest trapped in an active biohazard zone overnight violates the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), which protects consumers from deceptive business practices and unsafe commercial environments. Forcing a guest to choose between sleeping in a bed bug-infested room or being cast out onto the street without a refund is a complete failure of customer care. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Tennessee Attorney General's Consumer Affairs Division and Metro Health to ensure this room is legally inspected and shut down before another traveler is exposed to this health risk. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
Nice place. Great value. 2 ice machines were down. Wife liked the indoor and outdoor pool. She used both. I just had Cataract surgery. Couldn't get wet. Nice room. Bed is good for 7 hours. Loved the smart TV. Could stream my subscriptions. Good Breakfast.
I came to this hotel in a lot of distress while dealing with some personal issues. I did not have a reservation, but the receptionist Monika immediately took care of me and was very caring and empathetic of my situation. As I extended my stay each day for a couple days, every time she took great care of me and asked me how I was feeling. Every morning when I came down for breakfast, Adelita did a wonderful job, not only keeping the breakfast bar in top shape, but making sure I had everything I needed and always offered me a cheerful greeting and smile. I had an exceptional stay here, and by the time I left, my moods were lifted and my heart was healing.
