I found Lopez Plumbing on goggle and sent them a video of my bathroom tub faucet that would not stop running. They promptly reviewed the video, diagnosed the issue and sent over a proposal for repair. I was impressed. I accepted the proposal and Jacie called and promptly set up an appointment after she processed my deposit. The technician arrived on time and was very personable and competent and finished the job in no time. After the appointment, Jacie who was very pleasant each time we spoke called to process my final payment. The whole process was so seamless and professional. I highly recommend Lopez Plumbing and will use them again.

Although the work itself was done well by Fernando it seems he was not offered information I gave the dispatcher/ scheduler. I told them that in order to get the stackable washer and dryer out of the closet they are in, he said he wasn't told this. I also told them they may need a hand-truck. He did not have one. Luckily he was able to strong arm it and get the unit out. He's great and deserves a massage.
