What an incredible stay! From the moment we checked in until the time we left, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was spotless, spacious, quiet, and had one of the most beautiful views of downtown Toledo and the river. Watching the bridge light up at night from our window was absolutely magical! The hotel is in a fantastic location—easy to walk to restaurants, the riverfront, and many downtown attractions. The entire property felt modern, welcoming, and very well maintained. The staff was genuinely friendly and made us feel right at home. It's always the little things that make a stay memorable, and this hotel got them right. If you're visiting Toledo, I can't recommend this hotel enough. Comfortable, beautiful, convenient, and a view you'll be talking about long after you leave. We would absolutely stay here again! ❤️🌉✨
VERY clean! Breakfast was good. Staff were great and polite. Very helpful staff, never huff and puffed. Unfortunately the system was down so when we arrived we had to check in manually and when given the room keys they didn’t work the first day (assuming because they weren’t properly activated because system failure) they worked for elevators but not our room doors. Thanks to the professionalism of the front desk staff Damola, Tim and Abe E., we were very chill. They had Jeremy from maintenance walk up to our room with us and let us in no problem. Thanks guys!

I visited Toledo for birding and stayed at this hotel. It wasn't a brand new hotel but the rooms were nice and clean. The night manager Tim and valet supervisorb Joseph were especially accommodating. Great customer service and will definitely stay again.
I had a really great experience with my stay. I had a spacious suite, with a view of the city. Had a terrific Checkin with super friendly staff. Alyssa was the BEST! We are at the restaurant inside the hotel, and same thing an absolutely wonderful place. The free breakfast was delicious and I will be back for sure!
Nice hotel in downtown toledo, very convenient location and walkable. Room was large and clean. Taking a star off because water pressure in shower wasn't great and tub drained slowly. I would recommend this hotel though. Also wanted to recognize the breakfast supervisor, Patrick, he was especially friendly and contributed to a great experience.
