I inherited a 1997 BMW and brought it here for repairs. The team did an amazing job and had it running perfectly within a week! They are very trustworthy. As a female I’ve experienced other shops trying to sell me More than what my car actually needed, so appreciate the level of service and professionalism that is provided here. I was having some electrical issues with my car as well and they found I needed a new battery and even when down the road to get it for me so I could get it replaced that same day.
Little Shop of Motors is my go-to place for my car repairs. I brought my Mercedes-Benz CLS55 AMG to Edward's shop because the check engine light came on. A few days later he let's me know the car is done. I was surprised there was no charge. The repair must have been done under warranty of previous work, or something simple that he felt no charge was fine. What I want to emphasize, is the honesty in which this business operates. Edward was straightforward and honest. They did a thorough diagnostic and refused to replace anything that was unnecessary; making their quote half of what I had previously received. The work was completed within the timeframe that I was given; and they even washed my vehicle prior to pickup. I would definitely recommend this shop.
Ed was very pleasant to deal with, listened to my concern, presented a few available options along with estimates and helped me decide which option to go with. He coordinated with me the arrival of parts and vehicle drop off, completed repairs within promised time window and everything works great. I am pleased with the service and will be back. Thanks!
