I’ve used DTX for multiple services and repairs on both my F150 and diesel Excursion. They are extremely thorough and honest. They don’t try to upsell services that are not needed, but bring to my attention items that could be concerns. Every issue I have come in with has been diagnosed and repaired completely. I appreciate that they default to OEM parts and don’t cut corners. Their quotes are detailed and organized, typed up and texted/emailed to me. They perform the work at the quoted price, and have even taken care of additional items on larger repairs without charging me extra because they wanted to make sure everything was operating as it should. I appreciate their extensive knowledge of diesel and Ford products. I used to get most services performed at a Ford dealer purely because I wanted specialized service by techs that should be familiar with my vehicles, but after multiple bad experiences I’m glad to have found a shop that I feel is honest and even more knowledgeable than the dealer. Repairs aren’t always cheap, but I’m willing to pay for good service and quality work. I feel their pricing is reasonable and they warrant all their work. Good work, keep it up!

DTX was recommended to me for repairs on my truck and I must say I was impressed with both the work done on my truck and the customer service. This was a great experience all around. Very reasonable with price and no hassle which is a huge plus. Will be recommending my family and friends in the market.
DTX has replaced the standard gas tank in my ford Super Duties with 60 gal tanks for the last 3 trucks along with some service repairs. They have always been very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend DTX.
