The entire process to replace our roof...went smoothly from start to finish. We wanted to specifically recognize the outstanding efforts of Seth Martone who was our initial contact at Paramount Roofing. Seth has effective relationships already established with both our insurance provider (USAA) and with the independent Adjuster. Seth effectively coordinated with both our insurance co and with our Adjuster to achieve acceptable reimbursement for a full roof replacement. "Phil" was our Project Manager who scheduled the work and assisted us in answering any and all questions before, during and after the roof was installed. The actual install crew led by "Nick" were timely, effective, efficient and professional with high level of attention to detail...and wonderful cleanup after the install. We absollutely love the new roof and especially the Certainteed Pro "Shenendoah" pattern selected (see pics). Everyone at Paramount effectively contributed to our project to "make it happen"! We could not be happier!!

Top Notch from first phone call to project follow up! The Cadillac of Roofers! I heard of Paramount when the owner Eric was on "the inside outside guys" on the radio, and since our roof was 25 years old, I called for a quote. Justin came out last fall to take a look and write up my estimate. He was the ultimate professional: very thorough and informative. ZERO high pressure sales or upselling. He will explain everything in detail (if you want, which I did) without talking down or saying "is your husband here?" The price was $27,000 which IF YOU WANT YOUR ROOF DONE RIGHT TO LAST FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME, is the going rate in 2026! Two other friends got quotes from 2 other companies for EXACTLY the same cost, but I know - and can sleep soundly - that OURS was done by Paramount to the utmost perfection. (Our roof is huge - a 2,000 SQFT ranch with VERY DEEP eaves, and needed a lot of new, more effective vents installed for circulation). We had to wait until spring for the job, so we could gather our finances, and Christina S. kept in touch to assure us that we were first in line when the weather allowed, which it did in March. She was so delightful to talk to. (Like, I wanna be friends with her, lol!) When the weather was scheduled to break in March, she told us the date and when materials would arrive and how it would all work! Then she handed us off into the capable care of Evan B., Our fantastic project manager! The crew showed up Friday morning, bright, and early and efficiently had our old roof torn off and our beautiful new roof installed in ONE day - albeit a long one for them! There was quite a team here and it was impressive to watch them work! Importantly, they were respectful of our property. They were also friendly, smiled and said hello when we encountered them. (FYI for the feminists, there was even a woman kicking butt up there on the roof, yeah!) Clean up was second to none! I have not seen one nail or one scrap of anything around the house! (And we looked, cuz our car tires have been nail magnets in the past!) Afterwards, I went up into the attic to get something, and it was so comfortable up there, I could tell that the circulation was what it was supposed to be! Not stuffy, not drafty. My husband put in some lighting and boards on the floor... I feel like I wanna create myself some personal space up there now! Anyway, huge kudos to Paramount roofing and the entire team! Literally everyone with whom we have interacted at Paramount has been outstanding. Thank you, thank you! Highly recommend! I've printed out and filed our transferable warranty that I am confident (unless mother nature disagrees) we won't be needing! 👍🏼🥰
Paramount Roofing is a top-notch company in every respect. From our salesperson, Don, to the project manager, Phil, to the team leader and all of the crew, this company has the highest standards of excellence and commitment to customer service and satisfaction. We talked with five different companies before deciding on Paramount, and the decision came down to process. Paramount was the only company that came out to the house and did a complete inspection and walkthrough before sitting down with us and explaining our options. Every other company that we contacted wanted to give us a price over the phone before even seeing the job. Drones are useful, but they can only deliver limited information so clearly the 'phone price' was just a starting point. My husband and I could not be happier with the product, the price, and the experience. They have our highest recommendation.
From start to finish, Paramount exceeded my expectations. This was my first roof replacement and I am very pleased with how professional and easy this process was with Paramount. Jimmy was very easy to speak with during the sales process, worked with me on all of my questions, and I was pleasantly surprised with the quote. Both Tony and Russ from the office side of things were also fantastic with communication and planning. The crew arrived right on time and began work right away. They replaced the roof of the house and the garage all in the same day. They laid tarps over garden areas and plywood over windows and doors. Clean up was great, but the next day there were more nails around than I expected. Considering how many nails were actually pulled out of the old roof, though, I think the number I found is completely acceptable. Especially since the dumpster was in a fixed location all day long. The dumpster was left in the driveway overnight, but it was promptly picked up the next day. Phil, the project manager, was also fantastic to work with during the install. Very professional and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He put on some finishing touches the next day and brought the magnet sweeper around when I mentioned I had found nails. I also received gutter replacement on the house and gutter installation on the garage. That project was done by a third party, but it was scheduled through Paramount and the team that came out was fantastic as well. They were in and out within a couple hours. All in all, would highly recommend Paramount for roofing needs!
