Raul did a great job communicating and working efficiently on the project replacing all of our pipes underneath the house and both bathrooms. Adrian did a great job as well. They removed old toilets and set up the new toilets that we purchased. They both were respectful and worked well together. Every day their work areas were cleaned up very well.
Excellent service. I called Total Plumbing out for just a routine checkup, maybe check a few old toilets, tell me about their club membership, look into preventative maintenance. Chris showed up and delivered exceptional service. Total Professional. Didn’t rush me. Answered all my questions. Educated me without making me feel stupid. After he gained my confidence and trust he was hired to replace laundry room sink and a day later I read his proposal to replace toilets. I notified him this morning to install new toilets Friday. He explained the difference between a total makeover vs new toilet and showed me the estimates and price points of several options. No guess work. Just no nonsense info. I became a club member and look forward to partnering with Chris and Total Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future. We have warranty company for major expenses but hesitate to use just any plumber they may send out from now on. My husband owns a property and casualty insurance business and he’s already referred a client to Total Plumbing. Based on my impression of Total Plumbing you will be the only Plumbing Company he refers clients to!!

Blue Collar Plumbing saved me over $7,000 in plumbing cost. I had a leak at the street water meter. I called the City of Rowlett to inspect & they said the leak was on my side of the meter. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, who said I needed $7,000 in repairs to replace the water line from meter to our home. This did not sound sensible because all the leaking water was at the street meter. I called Blue Collar Plumbing to verify & Ashton showed up quickly . He diagnosed the problem fast. He said the pressure between the meter and my home did not have a leak so water supply line replacement was not needed. Then he started digging by the cut off valve where the city line comes in. He showed me fresh water pooling and confirmed the leak was on the city side of the meter. City Utility came out & agreed the leak was on the city side. Repaired, See photo below. I would like to thank Ashton & Blue Collar Plumbing for such a quick response and extraordinary honest work! I think Ashton has wings and is the BEST! They will definitely be my plumbing call for all future plumbing issues.
I had a commode that would not stop leaking or running not only did Raul go above and beyond and come in the very same day I even received a senior discount. He was very kind, courteous, and willing to help extremely cost-effective and exemplary employee.
We had a busted hose bib extender on our backyard faucet and the extender would not thread off the sillcock. Tyler arrived early within the service time provided, in a thunderstorm, and replaced the sillcock and extender assembly within a few minutes. We were very pleased with the process. Tyler was very friendly and professional.
