Buccos Roofing is the company you go with if you want transparency with great communication and competitive pricing. Chris Gilbert goes above and beyond to make sure you understand every aspect of the job. If you have additional questions or concerns, Chris is quick to respond. He even answered a few of my questions after 10pm! Bucco's replaced the main roof, porch roof and large garage roof. Materials were delivered on time and they stuck with the start & finish dates. Shingle color is Owens Corning Tru Definition Black Sable. The crew hussles and the clean up is very thorough. Highly recommended! What a great local company!
Buccos Roofing was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Buccos assigns a project manager to your job once you sign the contract. (Mine was Chris Gilbert) Chris kept me informed pre-installation as to the status of material and timeline as it related to the start of the project. Once the project started, Chris was onsite the entire time keeping me informed as to the progress being made with both text messages as well as many pictures. Chris also did a great job explaining any changes required, why they were required and any cost associated with those changes. After the project was completed Buccos did an excellent job in cleaning up the area. I definitely recommend Buccos Roofing and would not hesitate to call them for other projects in the future.

I could write an essay about how much we loved working with Buccos. Going with Buccos for my roof, soffits, fascia, and downspouts was the best decision I made. It's stressful and is an investment to do all this work, and Buccos really goes the extra mile in communication, customer service and work ethos, which made the week fly by stress-free. I was so impressed about how meticulous they were each day about cleaning as well. I live in a neighborhood where the houses are close together, and the project manager, Cody, made sure to tidy any areas near our property line and just overall ease any concern. Cody and his whole crew were just the best.
A job well done from start to finish — from estimate to installation. Excellent communication during all stages, and we appreciated all the photos so we could see the progress of the job from above. Our roofs now have much better ventilation in addition to looking great. Our Project Manager Chris kept us well informed during the whole process, and the installation crew did a fantastic job. They were also very thorough in their clean up of the job site after a long day. We are very pleased with the quality of work from the whole Buccos Roofing team — thank you!!
From the estimate process with Marshall to the physical project with Cody Brown as my project manager our entire experience with buccos has been amazing! The communication is outstanding they are always sure to give any updates along the way and very responsive with any questions! My wife and I are very happy with the work performed, we had a larger project and it was tackled very well. I wish I could add more pictures but there are too many to choose from being that I am given an album with 322 pictures of the project start to finish. Thank you buccos!
