I was really hopeful this clinic was going to be beneficial and help me out but it ended up just prolonging my issues. I had been dealing with digestive issues for over a year and had done colonoscopy, upper endoscopy and CT scan with no obvious results. I went to NUNM hoping they would have a more novel solution, and although they got me into a diet that helped with symptoms I never actually got better. I went to the clinic once a month for nearly a year with no actual improvement. Recently I got diagnosed with SIBO, which based on my symptoms seemed like an obvious test to do. But instead I was just brought before students as part of the educational process and not given the actual analysis I needed. I am amazed it took finding an entirely new provider to be tested for SIBO. I'm sure this clinic is good for a lot of things, and the staff are really good. But I spent months taking supplements, following restrictive diets, and genuinely being miserable, and they never just tested me for a fairly common stomach issue.
Thank God for this amazing team. They helped me a lot during a difficult time. Dr. Taylor was incredibly helpful, and her assistants were also very kind and supportive. I’m truly grateful for their care and professionalism.

I really like my doctor here. They know what they’re doing very compassionate and all natural. Large selection of vitamins and supplements the largest Portland.
Overall has been a huge waste of OHP resources. Have been coming here for over a year now with the same problems. Tons of blood work, tons of medical history, tons of appointments with no real help. Tons of referrals that send me right back here. Very tired of coming to appointments that end up being an hour of me telling them what is going on, only to be seen for 10 minutes by my doctor, and then pushed out the door with no real solution or plan. Just more blood work. Anything but actually trying fix the problem that I've been coming here for a year to fix. Student doctors are nice and it's cool to be apart of such a structure. Overall feel my time and state resources are being wasted.
I had my initial consultation with Dr. Golani and I couldn't be happier with the all around service provided by her and her students. I felt very welcome and cared for. I also felt supported by everyone in a way I've never felt in a doctor's office before. I'm very excited to continue treatment at the NCNM clinic with Dr. Golani. There was a bit of a wait even though I had an appointment, but the atmosphere of the waiting area/the clinic overall made it a comfortable wait. I was also greeted with such happiness when I first entered as well as when I went back to the room that I didn't mind waiting. It also indicated to me that they're a great clinic because so many people go to them, making them busy. I highly recommend scoping out the location on your first few visits. It's a little difficult to get to (and confusing with so many buildings labeled NCNM) that my fiance and I got turned around which took us on roughly a 15 minute detour. Luckily we had left ourselves ample time to get to the appointment, but it's something I would watch out for in the future/be sure to let future patients know about. Overall, this is a great clinic. My fiance is now looking into treatment at NCNM as well because my visit was so great!
