So. I just had S&G come out and repair my air conditioner. All I can say is WOW. What an amazing experience. They were recommended by a friend and what a great recommendation. I called at 10am and talked to Amy. She was great. I told her my issue and figured it would be a couple of days before they could come out. Nope. Amy said a tech would be at my house between 1 - 3pm that day!!!! What? That was awesome. Thank you Amy!!! Exactly at 1pm our tech Matt N. rang the doorbell. He was very professional, very polite. Came in and started checking things out. Figured out the problem, gave us a very, very reasonable quote to fix it and I gave him the go ahead. It was not an easy repair. He said it would take about 3 hours to fix it. This was at 3pm. He fixed it in about 2.5 hours. This fantastic tech Matt N. Spent 5.5 hours out in 102 - 108 degree sunny weather to repair our unit. Total professional. Explained everything perfectly so I could understand what he was doing. He treated our home like it was his own. Our air works better than it ever has!!!! I will recommend S&G to everyone I know and everyone in line at the grocery store. Lol. Thank you S&G. Thank you Matt N. And thank you Amy.

If you need an expert in Air Quality (Dust and dryness issues) and all things HVAC, look no further than SG Mechanical! Andy is absolutely the best, and surpassed my most hopeful expectations that we would enjoy a vastly cleaner and more comfortable air quality in our home. If I could give SG Mechanical more than 5 stars, I would. Very fair price and outstanding work. Highly recommend!!
Great experience with SG Mechanical Air! Matt N. serviced our AC unit and was incredibly friendly and informative. He explained everything clearly, replaced a small part without any issues, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The reminder texts are a huge plus, and the pricing is very reasonable. We’re very happy customers and highly recommend this company!
Our A/C unit stopped working so we called SG Mechanical through a referral of a friend . They responded to our problem less than 24 hours later. Matt texted when he was in route and arrived at 8:20 a.m. on April 29th. He was very thorough checking out our entire AC and Heating units. He found the problem and replaced two parts and also found another issue with a pipe that was not up to code. Very satisfied with this company and the service that was provided. We have signed up for their Service Club membership.
