We enjoyed our stay in the hospitality suite. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The property was clean, quiet, and reasonably priced, making it a great value. Check-in was quick and efficient, and we especially enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit and taking in the beautiful lake views. The only minor downside was that the older woman front desk agent seemed a bit grumpy and not particularly welcoming. However, this did not significantly impact our overall experience. The property itself was excellent, and we had a very enjoyable stay. We would happily return and recommend it to others looking for a peaceful getaway. I would like to prepare guests who are looking forward to lake swimming- the alge situation is quite intense right now. Food pics: chicken parm, shrimp alfredo, tso cauliflower
I recently stayed in a cabin for a family reunion, and it was an incredibly pleasant experience. Lovely, clean cabins, beautiful pools, gorgeous landscaping, delicious food, etc. Only complaints: the website describes the cabins as having a full kitchen, but there were very few pots or pans, and no items for baking. There are also not enough items like TP stocked. Overall, it was a grand experience.

First timer I had an amazing experience in the Cabin and will return .... The breakfast was a 10/10 and my Mimosa was top tier.... service exceeded my expectations and the vibe was peaceful and relaxing. I am looking forward to returning soon.... only things I had a very small issue with was the hot water ran out during my shower (it is only 2 of us) and there's not alot of room in the shower lolol.
I’ve had the pleasure of getting to stay at one of Punderson’s cabins for a couple weeks. And it has made a work trip such a memorable, enjoyable experience. Getting to take in the beautiful scenery, enjoying the peace, quiet, and nature of staying on a state park but with all the conveniences and amenities of a hotel- having coffee available in the lobby in the mornings, the pool, on site restaurant, and helpful staff. It’s been so lovely to chat with and watch the other guests that have come to Punderson year after year. I look forward to coming back
We were hoping to do some cross country skiing, but mother nature gave us the middle finger so we hiked. Since it was thawing, our trek got a little bogged down with marsh like areas along the trails. The rooms were nice. We had a fridge, but no microwave. The Bathroom was small, as in one person could be in there at a time. I didn't see any elevators, so steps it was. We stayed in the newer part so accessing our room, you had to up a short flight of steps, then down two short sets. There was a pool, which was nice. There are many things to do in the park. They have a lake, golf course, archery range, sledding hill with a cable lift. Many trails, even for snowmobiling. There are other activities as well. The area has wineries and micro breweries. Oh yeah, the lodge has a restaurant. Food was good, but not for the prices they charged. Also not a very big menu.
