We had a great experience with Daniel and his team. Daniel listened to what we wanted but also gave input on design decisions for replacing our old unsafe deck in bringing it up to code and making it more functional. His team worked quickly and professionally and always communicated with us. It won’t be the cheapest place that you get a quote from but it will be a fair price for excellent quality and peace of mind. Recommend strongly and will use again for future projects.
If you’re looking for a team that can completely transform your home, Ben and his crew are absolutely incredible! They took my property from a challenging state to a breathtakingly beautiful space. From kitchens and bathrooms to flooring, fireplaces, doors, windows, mechanical and electrical systems they handled it all flawlessly. They even added an extra room on the main floor and expanded the square footage of my house. Every detail was done with care, professionalism, and unmatched attention to quality. Before I found Ben, I met two greedy contractors and had terrible experiences with them. But Ben not only delivered phenomenal results, he completely turned around all the bad experiences I had faced before. We recently had Sea Renovation demo an old wood deck and install a new composite deck at our West Seattle home. We were very pleased with every step of the project. Daniel Golan was the sales and project manager. His knowledge and communication was exceptional. The three person crew worked tirelessly and completed the project perfectly. It was a small deck but now thanks to Sea Renovation it has a big impact. Thank you, James & Kevin
Incredibly grateful to Daniel and his crew!! We needed a HUGE deck project completed and really wanted it in time to enjoy the summer months, Sea Renovations team was able to get us scheduled and started quickly, were friendly and communicative throughout the project, and did an excellent job. The deck is beautiful and the entire experience exceeded all our expectations. We’ll definitely be working with Daniel and Sea Renovations again on our next big project.
Our experience with Daniel and the Sea Renovation crew was an absolute dream! I can't recommend them *enough*. Our old patio was rotting through and the fence was basically disintegrating, so we finally decided to have the whole thing rebuilt. Daniel showed up on the very same day we called. Together, we brainstormed with him on a new layout (including custom planter boxes around the perimeter). He was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent about cost and timelines, and super enthusiastic. Within a week, the Sea Renovation crew had demolished the old deck, and three weeks later, the project was done -- right on time, just like the estimate we'd gotten. The construction guys did an amazing job, I was shocked by how efficiently they tore down and rebuilt the patio and fence. We've dealt with contractors in the past, and it's never gone as smoothly as it did with Sea Renovation. They did such an phenomenal job, we'll definitely go with them again for any future projects!
