Love this place. Quaint bar and restaurant in Tremont, very Cleveland, the food is great. Saw this on DDD and decided I must give it a try and I’m so glad I did. Got a bunch of things to share with a friend, and nothing disappointed. The kimchi potatoes were definitely the highlight. The bao buns were so fresh and so well made, octopus was also super fresh and perfectly charred and seasoned. The beef lumpia and steak themselves were delicious and the green beans accompanying the steak had a really good curried but if I were to go back I’d forgo ordering it and trying something the place is better known for, like the arroz caldo. Need to go back to try the crab melt and a bunch of other items. Highly recommend this place. No matter who you go with or however picky one might be, you’ll definitely find something you like.

This place was so so good!! It’s located in a cute little spot in Tremont, and I loved the atmosphere inside. The food was incredible, and we had a really helpful server who helped us order a few things to try! All the food was delicious. The kimchi potatoes had so much flavor, and a nice bit of spice to it. The bahn bao were so light and savory, and the arroz caldo was comforting, and had a ton of different flavors that went so well together. Must visit in the Tremont area!
Fat Cats has a menu that feels like it was designed by someone who actually cares whether you eat well. There are enough vegetarian dishes to make even the most committed salad enthusiast feel seen, and the food is legitimately tasty. The drinks do not disappoint either. The place is bigger than it looks from the outside, which is handy because apparently everyone in town knows about it. Our server was so genuinely friendly (and handsome) that I almost felt guilty for thinking about leaving only the standard tip. The atmosphere is relaxed but buzzing, like a party you didn’t have to host. They take some reservations, but they clearly enjoy keeping the suspense alive for walk-ins. If you plan ahead, you’ll eat well.
Good spot for a small group since it’s a cozy, smaller restaurant. The food was okay overall, but I really enjoyed the crab melt. We also tried the calamari, pierogis, hanger steak, pork noodle salad, and ribeye sandwich, but none of them really stood out. Worth a visit if you’re nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
