They did our remodel and addition project and did an amazing job. The house looks brand new, the workmanship is top notch, and the team was great to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend!
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor. They were easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and delivered exactly what was promised. The attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. Everything was handled smoothly, and I’m extremely happy with the final result. I would definitely recommend their services.
Love how our 2nd floor addition turned out! Great crew, super easy to talk to, and they kept us in the loop the whole time. Definately recommend.

Our experience with QCGC was extremely disappointing, and we would not recommend them to others. We entered into the project after being told that the cost would fall within a reasonable range. Based on those representations, we paid approximately $12,500 to move forward. However, after the process was underway, the projected cost of the project increased dramatically—nearly doubling from what we were initially led to expect. Communication throughout the project was poor. The company terminated our construction manager and failed to inform us. Likewise, our sales representative left the company, and we were never notified of that change either. We discovered both situations on our own, which significantly undermined our confidence in the company’s professionalism and transparency. One of our biggest concerns was the lack of cost transparency. Despite repeated requests, we were never provided with a detailed breakdown of labor and material costs to justify the pricing being presented. Instead, numbers seemed to change without sufficient explanation or documentation, making it difficult to understand where the costs were coming from. What should have been an exciting home improvement project became a frustrating and stressful experience. We felt misled regarding the anticipated costs, disappointed by the lack of communication, and concerned by the company’s unwillingness to provide clear pricing information. Based on our experience, we would strongly encourage others to carefully evaluate their options before agreeing to work with QCGC.
We received a recommendation from a friend to use QCGC For an estimate on an above garage ADU. We did not end up choosing them because we went with a family friend, but throughout the process, they were the most responsive and detailed with their estimate. They seemed the most eager to earn the business compared to the handful of other companies that we reached out to. Appreciate Michelle and Ryan for their time.
