We are pleased with the roof repair made and love how the new gutters look. Just waiting for a torrential rain storm to see how well they work. Workers very efficient and cleaned up when done.
I've been in the construction industry for 36 years and have never worked with a company that doesn't stand behind their work. Most frustrating experience ever. Had an entire new roof put on my commercial building and within 4 years it was leaking and now 3 more areas leaking. I contacted them, agreed to pay for repairs since I was 6 months out of warranty and due to my frustrations with them they decided they did not want to do business with me. Who does that. The owner, Nick would not return my calls, the salesman understood my frustrations but they took 2 weeks to schedule the repair and cancelled on me the day the repair was supose to take place. I have interior damage that I wasn't even asking for them to assist with. So unprofessional and their mission statement of "not being happy until the customer is happy" couldn't be farther from the truth. I might be small business but doesn't mean its less important.
