I’m a tenant in East Nashville and my landlord sent Jep over to fix an old dryer plug that had blown a fuse and caused a power outage. He arrived right on time and took the time to clearly explain what was happening and how he was fixing it, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He was incredibly kind, professional and efficient. I’m very grateful for the quick help and great service!
Jep encapsulated my crawlspace, installed a dehumidifier, and service my HVAC unit. He did an excellent job with all of it at a reasonable price. He was thorough and attentive throughout the process. Can’t recommend him enough!
