I had a broken oil dipstick, and this shop got it fixed quickly and professionally. They also performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle and took the time to explain everything they found. The quality of their work and attention to detail really stood out. Honest, knowledgeable, and great customer service. Well recommended from a good friend Uriel! One of there awesome autoworkers!!. Will use this place again in the future!
I am so happy to have found Pro Auto Care! TJ, the front office staff, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the repairs my vehicle needed, and the shop quickly assessed and repaired my vehicle. I even got my vehicle back sooner than estimated! I will be taking my vehicle back for all repairs and maintenance. They also have a nice waiting room.

I had a wonderful experience at Pro Auto Care. Thomas helped me with going through the inspection part by part and did a great job not only telling me what needed to be fixed but what the part is responsible for and why it needs to be fixed. As someone with a very low understanding of mechanics it made me feel confident and comfortable spending the money. Very appreciative of their professional and efficient mode of business. Would recommend 10/10 for important repairs!
The manager Chris was amazing and provided so much information! He was very honest and transparent with the work that needed to be done. The entire staff I interacted with were professional, accommodating and welcoming. The waiting room was comfortable! The owner Al has built an awesome company on a foundation of trustworthiness and exceptional service.
