Arriving right on time—or perhaps a few minutes early—Jeromy and Eloy replaced our hot water heater. Although I am not a plumber, they seemed to be quite competent and were really friendly and professional. They took the time to complete the work right, closely making sure our house was not negatively impacted as they drained and then hauled away the old leaky hot water tank down stairs. They were more than happy to answer all in great detail when I asked them several questions on how the system ran as well as some broad ones like shutoffs. I will most certainly recommend Columbus Plumbing to friends in real estate and property management around here. They were exactly the finest!
Several years ago, I replaced my water heater with Columbus Plumbing; the results and cost were good. I thus hired Columbus Plumbing once more to fix all the bathroom faucets. After a few days, one of the faucets started to drip even though technician Jeromy fixed the issues. When I got in touch, the dispatcher sent someone who fixed the issue at no charge right away! Both men were kind and timely!

I had to get a plumber right away because there had been a leak in the attic for more than a week. After two days of not hearing back from the previous business I had called, I decided to try Columbus Plumbing. Their reviews on the Next-Door app were excellent. I am really happy with the work they produced. Jeromy and Eloy were extremely professional, arrived on schedule, identified the leak, and fixed the two leaks in the attic.
