My fiancée and I stayed at The Edgewater Hotel while in Seattle for our Alaska cruise. The waterfront location on Pier 67 is outstanding — beautiful views of Elliott Bay and the Olympics right from the room. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Perfect spot for a relaxing couple’s getaway before boarding the ship. Highly recommend for anyone cruising out of Seattle.
Came during the winter. It has a great lodge feel. The water views are spectacular. The lobby area has 2 sitting areas with fireplaces. We were upgraded to ocean view. The views were spectacular. The room was clean and they cleaned it daily. The valet parking is pricy like the other hotels, 65 a day.
TaiMai in dining room was so sweet and helpful. I did not want fries with my sliders, I really wanted some fruit. After having been on a cruise lol she did not know if they would do it but they did and she was so happy to be helpful. And very cheerful. Also Chris LeRoy, chief engineer , was very personable and enjoyable to talk to and seem to really care about what he was doing.Gave a lot of helpful walking info, in Market area. The front desk staff Ryan was also very accommodating and friendly. Everyone doing the luggage was nice as well although I did not get their names. We were there on May 5 for one night and then came back from my cruise and they allowed us to keep our luggage there, while we hung out at the hotel, so we could walk all day and rest as our flight was not till 930.(got off the boat at 10 AM. ) The rooms are very welcoming with gas fireplaces and great views on the water if that’s the side you were on. A huge freestanding tub w/ separate large shower that I thought was very relaxing. No screen on window so be aware if on the water side. The lobby has a fireplace as well as the side area where the luggage is and in bar. Prices are comparable to the area in the dining room, food is amazing and our breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect for a cruise port for Oceana/ Norwegian, you can literally walk out the door. However, the other cruise ports you would need to take a taxi which will run you about $15. It was about 30 minutes from the airport that runs about $50-$55 for taxi. Walking to Pike Place Market easy and safe, and around 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

The historic hotel offered a commendable ocean view; however, the culinary experience, specifically the $39 potato and egg benedict, did not align with my expectations due to its dry texture and lack of flavor. Furthermore, the exterior aesthetics and interior carpeting could benefit from enhancements to meet the standards typically associated with a four-star establishment. The most notable positive aspect of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional over-the-water view from the room.
Beautiful luxury hotel right on the pier. Your window looks straight down into the water. Bathroom was all flagstone; wonderful to walk on, shower in, and bathe in the tub. Comfortable bed. Room not quite fully maintained; issues with the Wi-Fi and fireplace, but staff was attentive. The restaurant 67 is excellent.
