It’s always refreshing when a residential contractor provides you with a quick response, reasonable price and reliable service. Our furnace went out and after reaching out a couple of other HVAC companies, Hero Air responded promptly and had Luis Leon come out the next morning. Luis did a quick assessment and right away figured out the issue. Went to get the part and came back within 30 min and installed it in less than 15 min. He also gave us some good tips to help keep our old furnace running better. Highly recommend!
My 13 yr old furnace would not ignite on a chilly March morning. My call to Hero was handled by a very professional customer service rep who scheduled a same day service appointment with zero glitches. The HVAC professional, Luis, assessed the issue and restarted the furnace on the spot. He made valid recommendations on/for the old machine of which I will be ordering along with a servicing of our equally old AC unit. Great professional service from the initial scheduling call to receiving the fairly priced invoice. Thank you Hero Air!!

I had a great experience with Hero Air Service for a boiler repair. They showed up right on schedule and were incredibly friendly and professional. They got the heat back on quickly and even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Highly recommend them if you want the job done right!
Vlad and Luis at Hero Air are professional, courteous, responsive, on-time, on budget, fairly priced, honest experts that worked hard and smart to fix my chronic boiler heating (multiple) issues during sub zero Arctic Blast this year. Friendly, timely, knowledgeable service with good communication. Needed the annual furnace check to give us peace of mind for the cold winter months. The tech wore shoe covers too as a courtesy. Hero Air has done work for us in the past for an air conditioning issue that they resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
