I have a complicated immune disorder and several other serious medical conditions, so I’ve worked with many specialists over the years. Because of that, I don’t say this lightly—this clinic is in a league of its own. From the front desk staff to the nurses to Dr. Khalili, I saw competence, compassion, and integrity at every step. What impressed me most was the thoughtful and expert way my case was handled from the beginning. Dr. Khalili was already familiar with my history and included an OHSU fellow in the consultation, and together they spent nearly two hours listening, evaluating, and helping determine the best path forward—something extraordinary in a specialist consultation. I felt heard, genuinely cared for, and exceptionally valued as a patient. I was equally impressed when an expensive test raised Medicare coverage concerns. The clinic investigated the issue, worked with LabCorp to correct diagnosis codes, kept me informed, and Dr. Khalili personally called me the next morning to explain why he was canceling the test—not only because he felt it was unnecessary at this stage, but also to protect me from unnecessary financial risk. That kind of patient-centered care and integrity is rare. This practice has exceeded my expectations in every way. I feel very blessed to be in their care and recommend Dr. Khalili and his team without hesitation.
The staff were especially caring, patient and knowledgeable from the woman who scheduled my appointment by phone to the front receptionist to the technician who took down my medical history to the excellent PA who was so smart, caring and listened to what I needed (which was complex). He took time with me and asked such good questions that I ended up getting more out of this visit than I expected. There is a sense that they genuinely care about your good health. I will recommend this place because I’ve had other allergists who were so much less capable and caring.

I have chronic spontaneous urticaria and was on a clinical trial for Rhapsido and it worked amazing. I was recommended to this clinic by the trial doctor and could not be happier with my experience. I think the PA was Logan, and he and all of the staff were so kind and genuinely seemed to care about preventing me from having another flare up first and foremost, and he was happy to prescribe Rhapsido. I had another experience at a different allergy clinic that was not as pleasant, so to be heard and taken care of the way I was here was so validating. Highly recommend!
I brought my kiddos here for allergy testing. I was told by the front desk that it would only be a $40 co pay. I was so happy to hear this I asked them if they could also test my other son that was there with me. They said yes that would also only be a $40 co pay. Beyond that one of my kiddos has asthma they told us they could do a breathe test to see if he needed a stronger medication. No where in these conversations was there any mention of additional charges. We got the test done left thinking everything was paid and done. Two months later we have received a bill of $500+ After talking to them and letting them know all that transpired and what we were told in office their response is I apologize you were misinformed we can set you up on a payment plan. I do not recommend this company and I would say my biggest mistake was trusting this business and not calling my insurance team ahead of time.
The staff were professional, thorough, not patronizing and very helpful. Logan was honest about my chances for success with allergy shots, instead of trying to upsell me. I highly recommend the practice, and will definitely go there if I decide to get the shots.
