I just had my first stay here. My digital key came in on the app without issue and I was able to use it at the side doors. My first impression was that the hallways were a little banged up but room was very clean! Thank you housekeeping for your effort. The shower pressure/temp was one of the best I've ever had. Breakfast was great. I loved the variety and quality of the offerings. I've given a 4/5 star review because of the rundown hallways and bathroom ceilings/walls but I'll take a 4/5 stay with a clean room, perfect shower, and quality breakfast offering over a renovated hotel with no imperfections that offers less comfort. I look forward to coming back.
I usually have great success and enjoyable stays at Homewood Suites, but I would not stay here again. I noticed quickly after checking in that the room was not cleaned well. The carpets and furniture were covered with pet hair. I asked the front desk manager if housekeeping could vacuum the room, but they had gone for the day. I asked for a vacuum so I could do it myself, but the vacuum I didn't work. After fixing the vacuum I cleaned the room properly. (I was offered another room, but the location was not good for me.) The tv in the bedroom was spotty, which was annoying. I was disappointed in the fitness room, which was very small and did not have any free weights (only 1 treadmill and one exercise bike and a few exercise balls). The breakfast was ok, but usually Homewood suites have silverware. This one had very cheap plasticware. Overall, I was not impressed and won't stay here again.

Really great stay. Would have given 5 stars but initial start was a bit bumpy. Was assigned a room that wasn't actually cleared by house keeping. Then our shower backed up. However, they got those things cleared up very quickly! The rest of the stay was very good. The breakfast is amazing. I can't believe all the choices. Probably the best complimentary hotel breakfast I've ever had.
This place is great. Clean and comfy beds and decent size rooms. Actual stove top for cooking and kinda a full size fridge. Breakfast was good, chicken soft tacos and fresh fruit plus the normal Hilton spread. The gym left a little for the imagination. Small room with nothing heavy to pick up. Pool that is encircled in a courtyard.
We stayed here for the Renaissance Festival last weekend. I've never been here before so my decision was based on a combination of the price/location/recent reviews. I will give this hotel a solid 4 out of 5. It was quiet, the staff were friendly. It was much more homey than some of the other hotels I have been in lately. Back patio/pool area was very cool, especially after dark. Beds were comfy. It's close to restaurants and the mall. It is just a little rough and dusty around the edges in some places. Paint chips, some minor wall stains in the kitchen, dust accumulating the baseboards. Some mold in the bathroom ceiling corner but nothing too serious.
