We've had breakfast and brunch at Brim House while staying at the Renaissance Hotel. The food and service were fantastic. The hostess and all the servers were so friendly and inviting. I loved their eggs Benedict which is my usual go to at breakfast time. During our stay this past weekend we had brunch. I opted to try their chicken and waffles. I'm glad I did, the apple butter was amazing and paired well with the chicken. It added some heat to the sweet maple syrup making it a perfect combo of delicious. My wife had the all American breakfast which she thought was hearty, and very filling. We will definitely be back, and hopefully will have time to try dinner service. I highly recommend the Brim house even if you aren't staying at the hotel.
Best breakfast in toledo, a bit pricey but worth every cent. Best breakfast view in all of toledo with the sunrise being visible and seeing the dining room fill up with sunshine if you come early enough. The morning crew (Carrie, Jessica, and Juliana) does a great job exceeding standards and the cooks (David and Ryan) are even better. I would recommend the Brioche French toast and steak and eggs to split with another for a good balance between sweet and savory ✌

Had a dinner and breakfast here. Short ribs were tasty and a great omelet for breakfast. Nice to have a reasonably priced alternative in the hotel. Great and quick service. Environs were decent.
New Year’s Eve started with a bit of confusion regarding my reservation, but after speaking with David, the Food & Beverage Manager, everything was handled extremely well. He was very helpful, listened to our concerns, and made sure they were addressed promptly. His team was excellent, the food was great, and the service was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful New Year’s Eve
Overall a solid place to get breakfast if staying at the Renaissance. I ordered the Poutine for breakfast which had a nice combo of tater tots, sausage, gravy, and eggs that came on top. My wife got an omelette with everything in it. She said it was good and the cheesy potatoes were good also. Some service issues with toast not coming out, some omelettes that weren't prepared correctly for some people in our group. The physical aspect of this space is fine, easy to hear and carry on conversations.
