I used AirTemp for the first time years ago when I needed a new unit. I was very pleased with them then. Now when I found myself needed some work to my unit due to a storm they came out and fit me in the next day and got the part needed very quickly. The office staff was great with getting me scheduled and far with pricing. They also were not pushy on trying to get other things done. My technician was Jay and I couldn’t have asked for better. He was honest and worked to get me in his schedule. He was very knowledgeable and showed me things on my unit and explained what he was doing all the way. AirTemp will always be my go to and would refer them to anyone.

I found this company online and I’m really glad I did. From the first call, Beth in the office was extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The technician who came out was also very professional, polite, and thorough. The pricing was fair, and the entire process was handled quickly and smoothly. It’s hard to find companies that are this organized and on top of things, so I really appreciated the service. I would definitely recommend them.
I wish they were better at communicating when the technician will arrive. We were told 1pm-3pm today so my husband took a half day off from work. If we knew it be more like 7:45pm, we could have planned accordingly. On the plus side, Adam was a joy to work with. He took care of our issue very quickly! Always a professional!
I was warmly welcomed when calling at opening time due to our ac going out overnight. Beth did great explaining everything to me from expected time frame for the technician to get to my house and the maintenance plan they offer.
