TownePlace Suites by Marriott Nashville Midtown

We had an overall good experience at the hotel this past weekend. Keevin the valet was awesome, always prompt, polite, and accommodating. We requested our car early every time due to reading other reviews, but our car was always ready within 10 mins. There were peak times when it might take a bit longer like 11:00 checkout and 5:00 dinner, but overall very quick. Room was clean with lots of space/storage. The only negative to the experience was checking in at 10:00 on a Friday night when the staff were not at their best, otherwise great experience!

My mother and I visited 6/25-6/26 for the Alan Jackson concert. The staff was so kind from the moment we arrived. Q, one of the valets, was exceptional. Friendly, personable, and professional. There was a minor situation that occurred the night we arrived, and Q handled it very well. The manager (I cannot recall her name) was also fantastic and very personable and accommodating. Sean at the front desk was also phenomenal. Helpful, jovial, and so very kind. Our room was also large with a kitchenette which was well stocked with cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, a cooktop and microwave, small dishwasher and sink with garbage disposal. Everything was clean, and well stocked. The bartenders at High Note the nights we were there were also wonderful. Jamal and Cre. Both very efficient and held a great rapport with the guests. Cannot personally speak on the food offerings, however we spoke to other guests who said they very much enjoyed the food. Overall it was a great stay, and in close proximity to most of what Nashville has to offer. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
