These fountains are in the middle of a round about. Be careful when driving looking at it though as it's not a typical roundabout at least one I'm used to as you need to yield to traffic on either side when inside the roundabout. But it is a beautiful and worth seeing.
Beautiful fountain. Enjoyable to see while driving or running/walking on a nearby path. It is very difficult to get it close as you have to cross traffic in a roundabout to get there. There are also no crosswalks to get right up to it, which makes timing walking across the street difficult. However, if you do want to get up to it, it is a beautiful area for some really cool shots. Whether you were taking pictures with people in front of the fountain, the background buildings, or just the pretty clouds and the picturesque Hermann Park in the background, this is a great place for photography. It’s also quite refreshing to hear the soothing sounds of the water fountain as you are running in the nearby areas. This is likely not a spot that you will see on purpose, but will drive by and recognize it.

Pretty awesome fountain, love driving by at night! :) Sadly, when I went to take these pictures the lights in the fountain weren't on. It's much cooler when they are, naturally :/
Probably the worst designed “roundabout” if you can even call it that. Awful road design and traffic flow, traffic engineers and city should be ashamed
This ain't a roundabout; it's just a glorified median. Remarkable as a landmark though.
