The breakfast buffet is $25 a person. Lunch is $30 and there are only a few choices. Not very good choices for food allergies etc. We have gone here for years. We didn't use this hotel last year but returned this year and we were not treated as well as we had been in the past. It was disappointing. The room was clean but smelled a bit musty. We had a room with 2 adjoining doors which was not something I would do again. Pillows are terrible, which is sad because they seem pretty new. A couple years ago I search high and low for the exact same pillows they had! The couch was worn out, had a hole in it. The windows were terribly dirty. The hotel is beautiful and most of the staff are wonderful. I understand that things wear out and they can't control everyone's behavior but at this price point they could do better.
I booked the Sheraton expecting a great experience, but it ended up being one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. To begin with, the hot tub was out of service, and the pool was extremely cold because the heating system was also being repaired. This was very disappointing, especially since these amenities were one of the reasons we chose the hotel. The worst part was the night. We stayed on the 12th floor, and around 12:30 a.m., the guests in the room next to us were making excessive noise, completely ruining our sleep. We called the front desk to report it, but unfortunately the noise continued despite our complaint. To top it all off, the breakfast—which we paid extra for—was a complete disaster. We waited nearly an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, the order was completely wrong. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. Between the broken amenities, poor handling of the noise complaint, and the unacceptable breakfast service, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

First let me start off with saying we have been here about 7 or 8 times we bring our kids here to go swimming. Really never had a issue other then rude staff last night we were targeted discriminated against and yelled out from staff employees we have video of this and have reached out to legal counsel to decide if we will pursue this in court. The staff yelling at us did not understand English as several of us tried to explain that we took stuff out of our pocket and put it on a table to go swimming we was yelled at and embarrassed in front of everybody around the pool area once again we have video of this I would strongly recommend your corporate office reaching out before we pursue this.
For the price I paid, I was very disappointed with the quality I received. I booked 6 months in advance and let the hotel know that it was our honeymoon and they did not do anything special for us or congratulate us at the front desk when we arrived in our wedding outfits. I called twice to request and extension to our stay and was told both times that the hotel would have to call me back. They never did. I had to cancel our stay and reschedule to add an additional night. There were hidden fees, including a $20/night parking fee. The hot tub was out of order. There was no microwave in our hotel room. Walls were very thin and we could hear everyone in the stairwell and beside us. The room was clean and we were close to lots of areas.
For the price I have stayed at better hotels and for less money. When you first walk in you think yes this is nice. The guy that checked us in was friendly but his coworker standing next to him didn’t even have to say anything to show her unpleasant demeanor. Her face said it all. Then once you get to the elevators you start to see some wear and tear. But when I tell you once I got to the room baby I was very disappointed. The bathroom…mines at home is 10x better. The tiles were cracked in some spots chunks of tile missing, spots on the wall were a simple coat of paint would of sufficed, the shower pressure was horrible, the toilet you had to hold the handle down during the full cycle for everything to down. There was one of the wash clothes that had a red stain on it…if you can’t get it clean replace it. First time I stayed in a hotel with no microwave or access to one. The pool was advertised as being heated but when we got there the heat pump was broken so no heated pool. I think this should have been disclosed because that was the main reason my husband wanted to stay here. There were others in the pool area that felt the same and only booked here for the heated pool. I was told I had to pay $20 for parking but had I have parked in roll three it was free. You can order room service but have to pay an additional $5. There’s no free breakfast. Thankfully I was only booked for one night! Stayed once will never stay again!
