I do not recommend this workshop. A small problem with my car led to two more after their repairs. They took a full day, the engine mount was fixed, but the check engine light came on, and the transmission doesn’t work in R.
Extremely Disappointing Service and Lack of Professionalism My experience with West Warren Auto Repair was deeply unsatisfactory. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a straightforward repair, but the process quickly became frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were repeatedly missed, and I was given little to no explanation for the delays. When I finally received my car, the original issue had not been properly addressed, and additional problems appeared shortly afterward. Despite expressing my concerns, the staff showed little accountability or interest in resolving the matter. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it’s important to caution others. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend West Warren Auto Repair for anyone seeking reliable, professional, or transparent automotive service.
Abe does great work that’s quick and very affordable. I’ll definitely bring my car back for any future repairs and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a solid mechanic.
