1st heating and cooling replaced both my air conditioner and furnace and did an excellent job. There was very good communication along the way. I received notifications and they came at their scheduled appointment day. This is a company that listens to what you want and tries it's best to please you---I wanted upgrades on the furnace to 90.000 BTU High Efficiency and a Three Ton air conditioner. Ryan the owner personally came over and did the estimate and spend a lot of time with me. Joe, Owan and Cory were very trustworthy, no worries about having them finish the job when we were not at home. This company is always available to ask questions after the sale, they also have a maintenance plan which is free for the first year. My house is a little older but they were able to modify the furnace installation. Another important point is they were able to keep my chimney cap that I had just put in a few months prior, the other companies said they would put the pvc pipes straight through, these guys were able to modify it and it looks great. They are a small family owned company so if you are a home owner needing upgrades with your furnace and air conditioner don't hesitate to use them. For the quality of the products I received and workmanship from their crew, the price was reasonable. I did four estimates for my air and furnace and I made the right choice. They treat their customers right. Check out at my pictures. I should also add here they finished my job in one day and came out a few days after they were hired for the job. The crew of three knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. The quality of the work they did is a cut above the previous work I had done 20 years ago. They are thorough in their work and pay attention to details and listen to their customers. They are good at changing what they do on the fly. I was very impressed with them.

Great company! Fast, efficient and reliable. Ryan and the service techs. Brennen and Austin, are the best! Prompt, friendly and professional. I woke up to a cold house on Saturday morning and thought I'd probably have to suffer through the weekend. So, I was amazed and relieved that they responded right away. Brennen was at my house within a couple hours and, although he didn't have the right part to complete the repair, he found a temporary solution to make sure I had heat through the weekend. Beyond doing a good job, it mattered to him that I was comfortable during the coldest week of the year. And I believe that's what sets this company apart from many others.
I cannot recommend 1st Heating and Cooling enough! I knew my 20 year old furnace was near death...I had received mailers from the company over the years, and for some reason saved them (there is a reason for everything!), so when my furnace started making sounds - that you know means the end...I called them out to inspect. The technician was polite and informative and confirmed in complete detail how the unit was in the process of failing. The tech left and within hours William came back out to review my needs and provide repair and replacement options. Beyond excellent competitive price for a great new unit. No sooner did he leave that evening the furnace seized up and failed. They were out the next day - install crew was Jim and Ben (both so kind!) in a SNOW STORM, on time and finished early. The were super polite, informative, clean up, and did not destroy my house - no marks on my walls no messed up floors and walked me through the finished job. I was back in heat in less than 24 hours and I was just so happy to have it all done so quick and painless - and I did NOT get ripped off, fed some crappy sales pitch for stuff I did not need or want, I did NOT get lied to and it was a genuine pleasure to pay that bill! They will be my HVAC company go forward! All the positive reviews are so legitimate - do not miss out. These are true skilled trades, and so worth giving your business to. This is the highest recommendation I can give, since we all know how hard it is to find this high level of care and service these days. Just wonderful, and thank you again 1st Heating and Cooling - you are THE BEST!
The 1st Heating and Cooling Company has done everything great for me! From the initial phone call to the final turnover after completion of my AC Replacement. Ryan and Wes’ Team are all on the same page to do top notch work. From their friendliness, knowledge of product, clean-presentable appearance and their on time prompt service, they’ve come to work to earn my business, trust and confidence. Definitely very conscious of their behavior as they have made sure to be respectful of my home by placing floor coverings on my carpet and shoe protection in other areas. 1st Heating and Cooling arrived to tackle the one day installation with 3 technicians and they worked efficiently to complete as promised. I’m impressed with their work and their entire crew as at no point did they not impress. Workmanship is clean and tidy. My AC now is working great and pumping out very cold air! I am very happy with my decision to go with 1st Heating and Cooling. They definitely come highly recommended in my book 👍🏼
We lost our heat on a Thursday afternoon and called another contractor immediately. They could not locate the part that was needed But 1st Heating had it in stock and once they realized that we had no heat, they had a person at our door within 2 1/2 hours. Best of all they quoted their prices ahead of time and their customer service and service technician were both excellent. Wish I hadn’t lost my heat, but I found the right contractor!
