Was in seattle for pride & we we're looking for a place that had bottomless mimosas for breakfast. Although they didnt have that they had so much more to offer. Steve was our waiter & he gave the absolute best customer service I've ever had. The vibe and atmosphere was honestly so homey and welcoming. The whole place is sticker bombed & I can't exactly explain it. It just felt right. On top of the excellent service and kind staff the food was amazing too! I got their famous 5 point french toast for breakfast as well as the poutine for lunch & omg yummmm to both! We had to come back for another mimosa later because drinks at pride were simply overpriced and the Mimosa was just too good to not get another one. Seriously delicious lol its probably best they arent bottomless. Steve if you see this thank you again for your service and the cool history lesson. It was great laughing and joking with you. You love what you do & it truly shows. Definitely recommend going here!
This was our first time here, and Stevie made it an amazing experience! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was attentive throughout our meal, making sure our drinks were always full and checking in to make sure we were enjoying everything. My husband ordered the pancakes, and I got the Dick Burger. Both were delicious! The burger was the perfect size for someone who isn’t extremely hungry but still wants a satisfying meal. The food was great, and Stevie’s friendly, talkative personality made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Stevie, for such great service!

Such an authentic and awesome experience at the 5 Point! 3 small eating areas accommodate diners just fine. And any need to wait is worth it! The server we had, Babe, was unapologetically himself and we loved him! He was funny, gave great food recommendations, was honest and very attentive while chatting up the patrons. I'd give him 10 🌟s for service. No drink remained unfilled! The food... we had a couple happy hour specials for apps... the fried cheese curds were good, but... the jalapeno poppers were not the run of mill. They were huge and stuffed with delicious filling then fried crisp... and with a dip in honey...omg... so so good! The country fried steak was humongous! Cooked perfectly, served with eggs that were also cooked perfectly and served on top of a mound of hash browns. We shared this plate with the bourbon bacon blue burger (another stand out, absolutely delicious suggestion from Babe). We were hungry but we took half the CFS back home! The other big hit was the jalapeno curd burgers with bacon. I can't vouch personally as the 2 who ordered them devoured them whole! Definitely felt like we found the best food served by the best people. Loved their 'warning' on the inside of their menu too! Thanks Babe! Next time were back in Seattle we will definitely stop by!
This is a must eat at place in seattle...between the food and the waitstaff there is so much to hold in high regard. Then the atmosphere is true history. BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER 24 HOURS A DAY....😍 cant recommend this place enough and the music was great. Tell Babe Hello.
When looking for late night foods in Seattle, there's really not a lot of options. This is particularly the case after 3 AM, but that's where this cafe shines as the light in a sea of darkness, welcoming in people from around the city who just want sustenance after a night of mostly alcohol. It serves comfort food - classic breakfast diner items that can bring a person back from the dead. The eclectic fellows that inhabit this establishment in the wee hours of the morning come in all shapes and sizes, but they just have one goal - eat something greasy and satisfying. That's where this place delivers. I ended up here at slightly after 3 AM - and it was pretty packed. All the tables were full, and we were considering leaving after about ten minutes when one finally opened up. The servers are incredibly busy, and it took us about 15 minutes to actually get our order in. I got the cheese curds as my meal. These were easily the best cheese curds I've ever had. In Seattle, I've had a few instances of cheese curds that are relatively sad on the inside - they have a decent fry, but fail on the cheese aspect. That's absolutely not the case here. This cheese is amazing. It's the perfect level of squeakiness, and the stretch is unreal. It has a very unique flavor that you'll only find in cheese curds, that soft yet milk-like taste that's so addicting. It was melty, gooey, and hot inside. The taste was just pure heaven - I was shocked at how good these were. The fry on the outside is also so good. It's light yet so crispy; a beautiful golden brown that produces an amazing crunch when you eat it. Just phenomenal. The sauce provided with this was solid, but honestly I didn't even need it as the curds were amazing by itself. I tried some of the chicken fried steak as well. This was fine. The scrambled eggs were decent, but the hash browns felt a little limp and soggy. The steak itself was pretty average. The prices here aren't too bad either - my cheese curds were around $16, but the portion size was more than enough. Overall, this is a true late night classic that serves pretty great food as well. 8.75/10
