Joseph, the Valet Manager at the Grand Bohemian in Charlotte, truly set the tone for an exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, upbeat, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He greeted every guest with genuine warmth, managed the valet operation seamlessly, and made everyone feel like a VIP. What stood out most was his positive attitude and attention to detail. No matter how busy things became, Joseph remained calm, pleasant, and focused on providing outstanding service. He was happy to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure every interaction was a positive one. Great hospitality starts with great people, and Joseph is a perfect example of that. His leadership, professionalism, and commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience did not go unnoticed. He is a tremendous asset to the Grand Bohemian, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for consistently delivering first-class service.
From the moment we got here we had top notch service. The front desk staff explained everything the hotel had to offer. The rooftop bar was a perfect way to end the evening. The next day we visited the spa and if you have time, you need to go! We left so relaxed. While waiting for our car to leave, Will from valet made it a point to check in to see how our stay was and take time out to chat with us. We’ll definitely be back here soon!

Valet parking was available, and breakfast was offered for an additional fee. The hotel doesn’t have a pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The artwork throughout the property was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was excellent and highly walkable. I felt safe walking around at night, and everything I needed was nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, although it didn’t feel particularly exceptional for the price.
I spent a beautiful weekend at this location over the 4th of July. The first to greet me was Carlos in Valet. He was so helpful. Then I met Ms Linda, who checked me in with a spiritual hug that felt like family. The entire staff was so amazing. Even hanging out after the rooftop closed, with the Valet Manager. Thank you all for making my getaway so special. I promise I will be back. Many blessings!
This is one of the most luxurious hotel I’ve been to by far! From the valet, front desk receptionist, housekeepers, waitresses, and managers they treat you like a king and Queen there. The hotel has so much art and luxury decorations. We got the executive suite package which includes skyline view, free complimentary breakfast, room service, water/wine, and access to the executive lounge with unlimited free snacks during our stay. The hotel is pricey of course but is worth every penny for a memorable experience! Right in the heart of Charlotte where most places are walking distance! 10/10 recommended.
