The breakfast burrito is huge, delicious, fresh, and stuffed with spinach, cheese, and turkey sausage. The side fruit was fresh and delicious. The two eggs over easy, bacon, and potatoes with toast were perfect! Of course we had to have the crepe loaded with walnuts, granny smith apples, and caramel on top. The crepe was perfect, hot, delicious. Coffee was good. The service was good. The one issue was that our seating area was very hot and there was a horrible loud buzzing noise coming from the air conditioner unit or the vent. It was really annoying and should have been detected by somebody on staff. But overall we'll be back and we really enjoy the food! Thank you.
Taste of Belgium - The Banks is a really nice and quiet place to enjoy breakfast. My son ordered the waffle flight, and it was a fun experience for him getting to try all the different waffle flavors. He had a blast tasting each one and telling me which flavors were his favorites, which made the meal even more enjoyable. I ordered the McWaffle, and it was amazing. The flavors were excellent, and the waffle itself was cooked to perfection. Overall, we had a great experience and I would definitely come back again.

Came here the next morning after the football game. Been wanting to try it! Definitely a must try if you’re in the city. Very unique menu! Have a wide variety of specialty coffee selections! My husband had the waffles and chicken. The waffle was like none we have ever eaten before. The view is amazing as welll
A wonderful experience.... having the mussels reminded me of my childhood when my mother would buy a pot full (we were stationed in Belgium) and wed sit at the table and eat the entire thing! Wow were they good!! Thanks for the memories! ♥️

The location couldn’t be more convenient—both Great American Ball Park and Paycor Stadium are within easy walking distance, so it’s easy to imagine this place getting extremely busy during baseball or football game days. Taste of Belgium is a well-known local franchise, and this location blends Belgian elements with Cincinnati culture through its décor and artwork. The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, making it a comfortable place for family meals or casual gatherings with friends. The restaurant offers coffee, Belgian beers, pastries, and a full brunch/lunch menu, though the prices are slightly on the higher side. Of course, the highlight is their famous Belgian waffle. I tried the classic version, which had the authentic Belgian texture—crispy outside and fluffy inside. Adding syrup made it even better and brought out the full flavor. During a weekday lunch visit, I ordered the mussels with a tomato-based broth. The dish came with a generous portion of mussels, and the broth was rich and flavorful. Pairing it with bread to soak up the sauce made the meal especially satisfying. As a side, I also tried the Brussels sprouts, which were topped with plenty of bacon bits. Unfortunately, they seemed slightly overcooked and a bit greasy, with some burnt edges that took away from the overall balance. Overall, this is a pleasant and lively restaurant, perfect for a weekend meetup, brunch, or a meal before or after a game. The great location, warm atmosphere, and signature waffles make it a popular stop in Cincinnati’s riverfront district.
