I will never stay here again . I didn’t smoke in my room . I don’t smoke . Fell asleep with my makeup on because I was there for a work event and I was exhausted and trying to rest before my travels to my next convention location . They stole my deposit and would not return it because of makeup on the pillow . And I laid my personal towel from home on the pillow before going to sleep . It was very minimal makeup on the pillow case . That makes me believe they don’t wash the sheets and pillows because why would I lose my deposit over makeup . I called to speak to a manager, they wouldn’t let me . Contacted Wyndham customer service and they did not get back to me or resolve the situation. And I have been a member with them for years . Terrible experience.
Overall it was alright. Literally the most "mid" experience you could have. The entire hotel was under construction save for one row of rooms, and most rooms were occupied by construction workers. The service was good, and staff were friendly. The rooms were alright, about what you'd expect, pretty clean, but not sure how the availability of rooms affected it at all. Between a 3 and 4/5.

Overall the most mediocre and terrible hotel I've ever stayed at. Service was poor, did not meet my expectations. Lady at the front desk reception was rude to us upon checking in, and upon asking for extra soap, towels, etc, they were not provided. Their rule at this hotel is that cleaning service is not allowed in the duration of your stay, which makes no sense as cleaning would be highly appreciated if you are staying for 3 nights or more. I can't imagine staying here for a long time and not getting any cleaning. Breakfast was not great, eggs were salty, fruit was nonexistent, bakery stuff was okay. Do not expect too much from this hotel.
This place just denied my family because they were locals. Our air conditioner is out and they were trying to find relief for a few days. This place sucks and deserves to be bought out by Motel 6. They’ll leave a light on for you!!!
Greeted with a smile upon arrival by Rosa at the front desk. Check in was simple and she answered all my questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were really comfortable. The hotel was clean all over and quiet. Breakfast was really good (turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, grits, and waffles just to name a few things available). Glenn the attendant greeted everyone with a smile and made sure that the food stayed fresh and cleaned and sanitized after someone left their table for good. Checkout was very simple. The final bill was prepared and put under your door the morning of checkout. Keys just had to be left in a box on the front desk. Rosa told me to have a safe trip home on my departure. Highly recommend this hotel.
