Our HVAC system of 17 years just gave up. Called several other local companies for a particular brand and price. Dawson carried it at a better price and had it installed within 48 hrs. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable and did a great job.
Dawson Heating and Plumbing did a great job replacing my hot water heater. I called on a Thursday and they came out on Friday. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. They had good communication throughout the entire process. I like their invoice payment process as well. It’s all done via a payment button on the digital invoice. I definitely recommend them.
We had three different HVAC companies come out to evaluate our issue with our AC. Dawson was the only company that sent techs that were straightforward and honest about what was causing our AC to fail. They kept great communication and professionalism throughout the entire process. Our last tech educated us about our issue, what the possible causes were and how to prevent it in the future. We weren’t scheduled for our final service until Monday but they contacted us on Sunday to see if we were available to be serviced a day early. The other 2 companies wanted to charge over $3k to resolve our issue. Dawson charged us less than $600 to fix our AC. Our temps were in the 90’s all week, Dawson coming out early, with awesome service and affordable pricing was a Godsend!

I have nothing but great things to say! My AC went out with outside temperatures in the low 90s. Their response time was within 24 hours and the new unit installed was quick within a couple of days. Customer service and installation was top notch! You need HVAC experts - this is who you need. Highly recommend!!!
I’m beyond grateful to Dawson Heating & Air Conditioning. After being without AC, they came out, assessed everything, and completed the work quickly and professionally. I was truly surprised to see they installed a brand new unit through a program I participated in that did repairs or replacements. Their team was efficient, respectful, and did amazing work. This was a huge blessing for me, and I can’t thank them enough.
