Special place in my heart. Its where I take my wife for Valentines Day. I had my wedding night here a week ago. Needed a hotel to stay at in Portland because we were flying out on our honeymoon the next morning. This was the only place that even came to mind. It was a no brainer. They even comped our valet parking charges. The restaurant/bar on the top floor has insanely good food and breakfast. The walk in shower in the rooms is one of my favorite things. They are huge first off. Then they have like 8 different jets spraying you from different angles. The views are really special as well. With a basically all glass outside view. This Hotel is a cut above and hold it in high regard. Ive done a lot of traveling working on the road for 8 years. Stayed in a lot of crappy places and a lot of nice places. This one always leaves a good memory.
I highly recommend this hotel to EVERYONE! The ADA rooms could use some help with the door jambs being too high to safely get over in a manual wheelchair but everything else was spot on. The rooftop restaurant was awesome!! Very friendly and accommodating staff! One thing that stood out to me was the valet parking. Kyle outdid all expectations with how helpful, friendly and understanding he was. He really went above and beyond to make our arrival AND departure the very best experience we could have. Love this place and it won't be the last time we stay!

Location was great for what we needed, which was easy walking access to Moda for a night. The hotel is in good shape and the beds were comfortable. The valet was very accommodating for our over height vehicle, and even left note for next day staff. Noise from Max train was noticeable, but didn’t keep us up all night.
My stay at Hotel Eastlund was amazing! The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The bed was seriously one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in, and the walk-in shower was awesome — it felt like a little luxury getaway. What really made the experience stand out though was Heidi at the front desk during the night shift. She was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and genuinely fun to talk to. After a long day, her personality and sense of humor made such a difference. She made me feel welcomed and taken care of, not just like another guest checking in. It’s rare to find someone who brings that much positivity and kindness to their job. Heidi is a huge asset to Hotel Eastlund, and I hope she knows how much she’s appreciated. Between the beautiful room, comfortable stay, and amazing service, I’ll absolutely be back!
Everyone that works here is fantastic, especially Autumn and Mike, so delightful, so nice, so professional. Lobby is like a field that's inside, the rooms are huge, there's a weird hole in the glass shower wall for weird stuff, and the coffee was good. I was there for 6 hours, so that's all I know, really.
