Beautiful, campus style hotel/resort. Exceptionally clean and orderly with fantastic customer service all around. We had a beautiful king parlor suite that was very spacious and comfortable. Phenomenal outdoor pool with plenty of seating around it. We booked directly so our breakfast buffet was included and it was absolutely fantastic with many fresh options. The location is perfect. It is close to everything yet because of its acreage, it feels like you’re away from it all. We were very impressed and will stay again. It’s the perfect place for weddings, reunions, get togethers or even a romantic get away. If I could make one small suggestion to make the rooms a little more efficient, it would be to add a larger trash receptacle to the room. The one we had was so tiny and cute! However, it was the only one in the room and it was only large enough to hold a Diet Coke can and a few tissues before it was full. Housekeeping made sure to empty it every day, but we always had way more trash than what would fit in that tiny little can.
I swear the only complaint I have is the beds are hard to sleep on but that's just my preference. The grounds are beautiful and well patrolled. The room was very clean and nice looking. Feels like it's own little town. The pub was ok nothing special food wise. I paid 181 plus 50 deposit. Which you get the deposit back.

Rooms were ok, but not having a flushing toilet from the get go was off-putting and some of the towels we received for day 2 had some ..brown staining. Toilet was fixed (sorta) but maintenance left some drips from snaking that I cleaned up. Yes ik I could have called house keeping but I opted to do it myself because it wasn't like a huge mess. All staff was friendly. Grounds were well patrolled and safe. The pub was very nice
I will definitely book this hotel every time I am in Columbus, OH. Everything about it is incredible. The rooms were clean and spacious. The outdoor and indoor pool were very nice after a long day in the sun. The staff was friendly and accomidating. My favorite thing has to be the beautiful grounds . 5 stars all the way around.
Absolutely loved this property, beautiful from head to toe. Amazing outdoor pool and courtyard for your kids to have the ability to move and be free and burn their energy. All the staff were sweet and hardworking. The only complaints I have is the bed was so hard me my son and my husband all had a hard time sleeping. So please update mattresses because I do not want to book anywhere else for future trips I love this place! Also the shower caulking could be redone and some more dusting in the rooms are out of eye view but overall we love our experience and hope to be back. I have told all i know about what a beautiful hotel this is.
