While most of my business is closer to Beverly Hills, I choose to stay here because the service is top notch. Even for a Ritz Carlton, the quality here is best of the best. The pool is shared with the JW, but its large enough that it still doesn't ever feel crowded. And the spa is right there which makes its one of the best spots for a luxury off day to just relax and do some self-care. The rooms are quiet too which I put a high value on. Overall, I recommend this for both business and leisure stays. Thanks Ritz!
I’ve been staying at this hotel for years, and one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is Nikko at the front desk. He is hands down the best. From the moment we walk in, he treats us like royalty — always welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Nikko goes above and beyond every single time. He remembers us, makes sure everything is perfect, and truly makes us feel valued. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers this level of service year after year. Wow, simply wow! Words hardly capture the impeccable service and extraordinary attention to detail at The Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles. This property is the true pinnacle of luxury where guests are treated not only with the utmost respect, but with genuine care and compassion. From the moment we arrived, every experience felt seamless and intentional: the warm and efficient check-in and valet service, the stunning suite upgrade, a personalized city tour, exquisite branded champagne, and even the thoughtful effort to source the appropriate soap for a nursing mother to wash her pump. No request was too small or too great each was met with a smile and a sincere desire to make our stay exceptional. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. They are the crème de la crème of hospitality. My deepest gratitude goes to Harrison, the Assistant Front Desk Manager; Giana, Ingrid; Darius and Megan at the Club Lounge; and Gloria and Christina at the front desk. Each of you went above and beyond in caring for my sisters and me, making us feel genuinely seen, supported, and pampered. If you are even considering a stay here don’t hesitate. Book immediately. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Ritz-Carlton in Downtown LA was absolutely amazing! Leo and I had a blast during our stay — from the luxurious rooms to the incredible city views, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooftop pool and lounge were perfect for relaxing and taking in the skyline, and the on-site dining was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Los Angeles!
Did not stay overnight ,but attended an NBA AllStar business event co-hosted by Nor Cal FDC. Staff was excellent and attentive, the lounge was a great room with a large patio just off the inner courtyard and atrium. The Hors d'oeuvres were excellent selection of amazing bites from crab cakes to shrimp n couscous, scallops, quesadillas and more. Open bar drink selection was above par as well as the wine selection and mixed cocktails.
