Kaitlyn Davis was wonderful to work with regarding making some changes to our living trust. She was professional, thorough and completed our requested changes in an extremely timely manner. We had some time constraints to get the documentation completed and Kaitlyn met the timeline quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend her for legal services.
DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY FIRM !!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY FIRM!!!!!. I hired William Erwin to take care of a family law court matter with my son. HIs ex wife constantly is filing false. motions to the court. When she doesn't get her way. I was referred to him through Colorado legal aid Because we needed an attorney right away.They referred me to William Erwin He assured me and my son it wouldn't be too much money for him to take on the case he charged a flate fee of $2000.that would be enough to take care of everything he said however, we needed to return to court he said the $2000. already paid would go towards that case as well.However, it did not and his firm kept billing us. Before the other court hearing, I paid him over $5000. Because his billing department Sydney kept saying he would not represent my son back in court If it wasn't paid. We contacted him and he assured us everything was going to be taken care of for my grandson for that amount and he was preparing for the case on March 14, 26 to bring out alot against my sons Ex However, when we went back to court he came into the courthouse and went straight to my son's ex and Negotiated with her a deal and came over to talk to us after He didn't care what we wanted. And proceeded to tell the judge he negotiated with my sons Ex. The judge was surprised. After i question why he didn't address any concerns for my grandson he got very sarcastic and upset with me. After the judge's rulling in the case the attorney's firm billing department said there was a balance of $511.00 that was due for final payment on March 27 My son paid it in full now they are trying to bill us $2,700, and William Erwin no longer is working on the case. Then he said he could help us more to take care of the issues that my sons ex is bringing up in court for another $5000. The billing department in this firm does not know what they are doing. Sydney said they will keep billing you even when the attorney is no longer working on your case. They told me even if the attorney resigned from the case and the judge did not release him yet. He is still working on your case. WHAT A JOKE!!! Do not hire this attorney firm they will try to.bleed you dry of money you don't owe and then threaten to take you to collections. My son requested to speak with the owner of this attorney firm to get things straightened out However, no one will give you a call They just keep sending bills. AGAIN DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY FIRM!!!!!!

Emily filed an Emergency guardian petition for my mom and the judge denied the emergency part the next day, on it's face. Emily then took a week off without any competent attorney filling in for her. Partner Courtney blew me off and refused to call me; she insisted I email her and wait until Emily returns next week. I had to file my own Emergency petition for my mom and the Judge set my Emergency for a hearing - unlike Emily's that was DENIED.
I highly recommend Kaitlyn Davis and her team for any legal needs. She was an incredible resource throughout my Dad's probate case and I would never have gotten his estate together as efficiently as I did without her support. The team helped me not only move through the process but made sure everything was clear and that I was educated at every step. I'm very thankful for their support.
