From the start of my check-in last night all the way to the check out, the service was perfect. I went for a birthday night out for the Mr. The location was perfect, not too far from our plans we had in the loop/downtown. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I forgot the two ladies who checked us in last night (sorry about that), but their service was exceptional. They let us know how we'll be able to manuever, the rules, and even gave us an option to have our added service now or later in the room. The check in wasn't until late, but they allowed me to check in one hour earlier at no additional cost (which i was really worried about because they are very strict about following their rules). This is my 3rd time at a Prestige Club hotel and I'll say this by far was my best stay of all of them (3rd times a charm). I checked out this morning with Cynthia, we chatted for a bit (you know, the girly things) and it was easy breezy, in and out in just a few minutes. She even gave me a fresh batch of strawberries to take home... a delightful surprise. They were soooo delicious. All around the Axis is perfect and sooo worth it for any occasion. If you're contemplating, book it!
I had the amazing pleasure of being assisted by Angel & Roy! Upon arrival Angel wished me a Happy Birthday which was very special to me! I absolutely love how her & Roy worked together provided extra accommodations for our stay. Everytime I've frequented a boutique hotel, the Axis was my choice. Luxury meets cost efficiency. I love it here!

My partner and I had such a relaxing and memorable experience at Axis! The room was so beautiful and very clean, it was the perfect vibe for the night!! A huge shoutout to Tony, he was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable.
Best spot for couples looking to get away for a bit. It’s nice and relaxing. We got the room with the wet bar and it was the best decision. Aside from that the service was so welcoming and friendly. Roy and Juana were very polite and helpful. They have plenty of goodies to purchase at the front desk for you and your parents and with good prices. Same for the drinks, mixed drinks were pretty inexpensive which was great. Overall 10/10
The staff went above and beyond for me. What started as a hopeful night of relaxation turned into something I could not have imagined. The staff was so professional, courteous and helpful. Although I did not complain, they took initiative with corrective action. Great experience! All around! The upgrade blew my mind!
