Scheduling a free estimate for our Tesla EV charger install was quick and simple. Jose came out and gave us a quote on June 18. We were initially planning on going with Powerhouse Electric, but they seemed to be throwing up roadblocks and excuses the day of install even after we had completed remediation steps simply because they did not want to go into the crawlspace to run the cable. Powerhouse Electric was also extremely rude and unprofessional when we told them we were getting a secondary quote with Mr. Electric - which we are so glad we did! Our experience with Jose and Mr. Electric was the complete opposite experience in all of the best ways! Jose told us that our crawlspace looked good and that he could perform the installation as soon as the next day. Jose showed up on time on installation day and spent five hours running cable through the crawlspace and wiring and installing our Tesla EV charger on the exterior wall adjacent to our driveway. We are thrilled with the results, Jose’s professionalism throughout the entire process, and couldn’t recommend Mr. Electric more emphatically! If you want your EV charger done right give these experts a call. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you very much for taking care of us Jose!
Mr. electric Installed all the electrical infrastructure, including the ATS switchgear for a generator which I purchased. They did an outstanding job. Their company communication was excellent, the technicians that they sent out was outstanding. If you want a company that really cares about you and will do what they promised. Avoid this electrician. They came by to give me an estimate on a few different things and their estimate was over 3-4x what others were quoting me. One of the jobs was to replace ceiling 4 ceiling fans and install a new with new wiring - they quoted $2,000. I already owned the ceiling fans, they just needed to remove the old ones and replace with the new one. Other quotes I got were $500 for that job. Once I called the electrician out for how much more they are trying to charge, he then said he was going to include a few things free, but only after I called him out. The entire quote was also hand written on a piece of notebook paper - very unprofessional. He tried saying you can’t always believe your research. Seems like they are trying to take advantage of people who do not do research and pressure you into accepting the job - I told them to leave and did not use their services. Would not recommend even entertaining a quote
I've had a great experience with Mr. Electric. Recently I had a Whole Home Tune-Up, and Kyle and Luna did a great job. They are very professional, explained the benefits of the job, and demonstrated how the work should be done correctly and how the work was done when my house was built. They even handled an addition to the work request and replaced my smoke alarms at a reasonable price.
I had four fans installed and a switch relocated. Kyle was very communicative on the scope of the work that needed to be done. He also suggested updates to the system which I appreciate. Kyle and his helper Quawn were extremely professional and finished the task in a timely manner. Very happy with the service that they have provided.
